The Zephyr V8 Ultra-X is Ozone's dedicated light-wind kite, offered in a single 17 m size for days when the breeze barely picks up. The Ultra-X build uses a 46 g double ripstop Teijin canopy and a 125 g Performance Dacron frame, both lighter than the standard materials, so the kite stays airborne and keeps flying in very little wind. It is aimed at intermediate and advanced riders; beginners are better off with a larger Catalyst.

Despite its large size, the Zephyr feels light and agile, with an efficient profile that generates power from the smallest gust and helps you hold your ground upwind. Adjustable back-line attachment points let you choose a quicker, lighter bar or a slower, firmer one. It is a smart addition to any quiver for anyone who wants more hours on the water.
