How to Return Your Order
If you'd like to return a package, please email us at info@kitesurfshop.nl with your reason for returning.

• Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  

• Other products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  
  

Returns must be in original packaging, with tags/labels still attached, and unused.
Kites and bars must be unrolled.

• In-store purchases must be returned with the original receipt.
  

• If you placed your order online, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs.

Returning items is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using insured shipping to protect against damage or loss during transit.
