Express Shipping: Order before 1:00 PM with iDEAL for same-day dispatch (+€12 fee).

Shipping Costs:

• Orders under €50: Starting from €4.00
• Orders over €50: FREE
• Repair shipments: €6.95
• All parcels insured up to €550 for transit damage. 
  

Returns Policy

How to Return: Email info@kitesurfshop.nl with your return reason. Include original packaging/tags (unused condition).

Timeframes:

• Clothing: 7 days
• Other products: 14 days Kites/bars: Must be unrolled

Refunds:

Online purchases: Purchase price minus shipping costs. Wrong item received? Contact us immediately at +31 6 3048 7126.
