The Fusion V2 Ultra-X is the second generation of Ozone's double-surface ram-air wing, made for racers and fast freeriders who want maximum speed, steep upwind angles and strong drive. It keeps the planform of the first Fusion but moves to a full Aluula leading edge and strut with a reduced diameter, a lighter Teijin TechnoForce double ripstop canopy and an updated profile for more low-end power. It is registered for IWSA World Cup and Formula racing and aimed at experienced intermediate riders and above.

Thanks to the internal ribs and pressurised canopy, the wing responds directly to your input, carries more wind than a single-skin wing and stays smooth in gusts. An adjustable leech lets you tighten the trailing edge for low-end power and deeper downwind angles, or ease it off for top-end speed and stability. Expect to adapt your pumping slightly, with shorter strokes and more focus on the front hand. Not recommended for wave riding.
