The Catalyst V4 is designed for kiters who are just starting out or working on the next step in their riding. Its single strut keeps the weight low, and combined with an open arc shape it produces a kite that is very stable and easy to launch, fly and land. It works for learning your first runs as well as for intermediate riders who want a relaxed and predictable freeride kite.

The Catalyst delivers smooth, progressive power with plenty of depower when gusts roll through, so you stay in control while you learn. It still has a good amount of low-end grunt and points upwind well, making the climb back to your starting point easier. Once the basics are in place, its gentle and predictable lift makes it a great kite for learning your first jumps.
