Indemnity
By visiting our physical store, using our website (Kitesurfshop.nl and Kitereparatie.com), making a purchase, requesting a repair, or renting equipment (including but not limited to e-foil gear), you agree to the following indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kitesurfshop, Kitereparatie, their owners, employees, partners, and agents from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

The use or misuse of any purchased, rented, or repaired equipment, including but not limited to kitesurf, wingfoil, foil, or e-foil products. You acknowledge that these sports involve inherent risks, and that proper experience, training, and safety precautions are required;

Damage, injury, or loss resulting from use of rental equipment, whether due to equipment failure, user error, weather conditions, or third-party actions;

Your breach of any agreement with Kitesurfshop or Kitereparatie, including terms related to payment, proper use of gear, or return of rented items;

Incorrect or incomplete information provided during repairs, purchases, or rentals that may affect safety or performance;

Any third-party claims related to your use of equipment or services obtained from Kitesurfshop.
You accept full responsibility for the condition, safe use, and return of any rented or repaired equipment, and you understand that you use all products entirely at your own risk.
This indemnity remains in effect even after the completion of any transaction, repair, or rental period.
