The Ozone Mach1 Kite is a high-performance foil kite for advanced riders who want to get the most out of light winds. Based on the racing DNA of the R1 V4, but completely tailored for freeride, big air, and hydrofoil. This kite boosts effortlessly with minimal input and gives you insane hangtime, even in lighter winds.

Thanks to its high aspect ratio and sleek profile, the Mach1 generates enormous lift and speed without you having to constantly steer the kite back and forth. The kite generates a lot of boost and has superb hangtime. At the same time, it feels controlled and stable, even in varying conditions. The smooth power delivery and direct handling provide confidence and make it easier to push your limits step by step, whether you're riding a twintip or foil. This flying characteristic comes from the technologies used by Ozone.
The Transverse Sail Shaping gives the leading edge a smoother surface, which results in calmer airflow and more efficient kite flight. Flexible profile reinforcements ensure the profile remains taut, even during sharp steering maneuvers or in turbulent wind.
The kite has a closed-cell design, the Mach1 remains stable in the air and is easy to relaunch from the water, especially in combination with the improved valve system.

You can easily adjust the flying characteristics of the Mach1 via three brake line settings. This allows you to determine whether the kite feels lighter, more neutral, or heavier on the bar. In combination with 17 or 21-meter lines, you can completely tune the kite to your preferences and discipline.
For foilers, a shorter line length provides more direct steering, while longer lines give more lift and low-end on your twintip.
The Mach1 is made with water-repellent double ripstop fabric and finished with laser-cut panels. The sturdy Dyneema bridles are resistant to wear and tear and are less prone to tangling. Internal straps and diagonal ribs ensure that the kite maintains its shape, even under load. Handy drainage channels automatically drain sand and water. And with the clever deflation zipper, packing is super easy.
