For kiters buying their first complete set OR upgrading to 2026 gear. The Reach works on inland waters (Mooie Nel, IJmeer, Veluwemeer) and at sea. Suitable from the moment you can ride upwind well into the advanced freeride/freestyle area.

North Reach 2026 kite

Three-strut freeride kite. Light bar pressure, ample depower, easy relaunch in light wind. Boosts high, turns smoothly. North's all-rounder for 2026 — not a competition kite, but one you'll enjoy every session.

Navigator Control Bar

North's control bar with single-front-line safety and integrated quick-release. Adjustable bar width for the entire quiver. Compatible with all current North kites.

Prime Hybrid TT Board

Light composite construction with medium-soft flex. Damping on landings, speed on flat water. Suitable for freeride and first freestyle tricks.

Flex TT Bindings

Comfortable pads and footstraps. Adjustable over a wide foot range. We will mount them on the Prime board for you before you pick it up.

Service from Kitesurfshop Haarlem

We are the neighborhood kitesurf shop in Haarlem — not an anonymous webshop. Every set passes through our own workshop before it leaves: pump checked, lines evenly tensioned, board waxed, bindings mounted to your size. Repairs are done in-house with original materials. MOT via NKV. Pick up in store (by appointment, with explanation) or delivery throughout the Netherlands within 1–3 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which North Reach size is right for me?
For 65–75 kg and average Dutch wind, choose a 9 or 10 m. Above 80 kg, start with an 11 or 12 m as a one-kite package. If you want two sizes in your quiver, 9 + 12 m is the classic combination.

Which board size matches my weight?
Rule of thumb: 138 cm up to 70 kg, 141 cm up to 80 kg, 144–148 cm above 80 kg. Beginners choose one size larger for extra buoyancy.

Can I pick up the set or have it delivered?
Both. Pick up in Haarlem (we'll finish setting up the kit with you in the workshop). Delivery throughout the Netherlands within 1–3 working days.

What after-sales service do I get?
Setup check in our workshop before delivery. On-site repairs with original materials. Questions during or after purchase? Call us — that's what we're here for.

Does the Reach work on inland waters like the Mooie Nel?
Yes. Low bar pressure and reliable relaunch make it suitable for inland waters and the coast (IJmuiden, Zandvoort, Wijk aan Zee).

Can I order individual components later?
Yes. A second Reach in a different size, replacement lines, extra pads — everything in stock or available within a week.
