This second version moves to a rigid carbon boom, gets re-tuned sail tension and uses size-specific tip thickness, with thinner tips on the smaller wings and thicker tips from 4.3m upwards.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe canopy is tensioned firmly at the front and left softer toward the trailing edge, which makes transitions smoother and lets the wing float neatly when you drift it on a wave. Ozone has added pumping power at the bottom of the range and made the wing calmer when a gust hits, so each size handles a broader band of wind.
